When we were stocking up, I saw chicken wings for very cheap at our local "multicultural" grocery chain. I thought I remembered them being good when I cooked wings in the Instant Pot and then fried them. I was wrong; should've broiled. The IP made them too moist and they never crisped up. Regardless, was tasty chicken.
we also at some point had these very good ribs from someone cooking next to a bar and selling whatever they had and it was some kind of soy bbq. that was why we did this sauce - it was also not as good as we wanted but passable, lol.
