I make these a lot to bring to work, and thought they'd be good to get some vitamins or something while home. Plus, it's strawberry season and I bought too many so it's a good way to use some. I usually add in some spinach because i'm a child who needs to be tricked into getting nutrients but i didn't have any around.
I got my blender and tossed in:
bonus tip: one time i looked up a copycat tropical smoothie recipe adn it said to put coconut extract in, so sometimes i do that.
