remember last week when i wanted to make a pan pizza? i finally got my shit together and made the overnight dough.
we used this KAF recipe and topped it with some roasted broccoli because we like vegetables. i used some of my freezer tomato sauce for this too. the cheese was a combination of mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, and cheddar. the bottom didn't really crisp, maybe the recipe should have you start it on the stove to give it a headstart.
