i had a ton of sourdough discard in the fridge from feeding my starter multiple times this week, and i had luck with this recipe in college back when i had a really great active starter.
y'all, these were so bad. my starter was way too sour for this and the splash of vinegar i used instead of buttermilk was such a bad idea. i also fucked up and used baking powder instead of baking soda so these didn't rise at all.
