components:

• flour tortillas
• some kind of potato. we used frozen hashbrown patties cut into strips lol
• bacon
• scrambled eggs
• shredded cheese
• sliced avocado
• salsa or hot sauce. walker made some salsa last week, recipe for that eventually?

the nice thing about making breakfast tacos at home is that you can get more than 3 items for no extra charge

bonus: had to use tiny tortillas after running out of normal size ones. these look like school lunch fish tacos if school lunch fish tacos were a thing.
