potato & rosemary focaccia

we still had a couple sprigs of rosemary and just bought olive oil before quarantining so why not?

recipe:
another one from the hot bread kitchen cookbook. you can use whatever focaccia recipe you like, just top with mandolin-thin potato slices tossed with olive oil, salt, and minced rosemary. i used a big pizza pan because i have one but a rectangular rimmed baking sheet is standard.
